Before you write
Three things that speed up the reply
- A photo of the label or the old filter — a number that is half-legible still beats a description
- The quantity you expect for the first order and for the year
- Your destination port, so freight can be included rather than quoted separately
For existing orders
Quote your invoice or booking number in the subject line. Production photographs, packing lists and document copies are issued against that number, so nothing gets lost between threads.
Claims and quality issues: send photographs of the carton, the label and the item itself in the first message. A claim with photographs is resolved in days; one without takes weeks.
Shipping & lead times
