Your brand on the carton, our documentation behind it
Private label is the difference between reselling somebody else's box and owning a part number in your market. We run it from one pallet, with your artwork, your numbering and your language — and with the specification file that makes the brand defensible.
How a private label run works
Four stages, each with something you sign off before the next one starts.
Brand and range decision
You choose the part numbers to carry and the brand name. We check trademark availability in your market is your responsibility — we ask for the registration or authorisation letter before printing.
Artwork and dieline
We send the dieline for the carton or label. You return the artwork. We produce a printed proof and a colour proof on the actual substrate for approval.
Sample run
One carton per reference, printed and packed exactly as production. You approve the sample, or we adjust. Nothing goes to full production before the sample is signed off.
Production and inspection
Print run, assembly, marking. Pre-shipment photographs of the finished cartons and pallets before the balance is requested.
Five files and the run can start
Most private label delays are caused by artwork arriving in a format that cannot be printed, or by a trademark question nobody asked early enough. This is the complete list.
- Artwork
- Vector PDF or AI, CMYK, fonts outlined, 3 mm bleed
- Part numbering
- Your numbering scheme, mapped to our references
- Language set
- Which languages on which panel, with approved translation
- Trademark
- Registration certificate or signed authorisation letter
- Barcode
- EAN / UPC number, or we apply a generic code
Packaging options
Packing is what your customer sees before they open the box. It is also where most of the perceived quality sits, so we treat the dieline as part of the product.

What is the minimum order for private label?
One pallet per reference for filters, which is typically 500–1,000 pieces depending on carton size. For lubricants, one pallet of 18 L pails or a single 200 L drum. Mixed pallets across references are accepted for the first order.
Do you need a trademark authorisation letter?
Yes. We print third-party brands only against a registration certificate or a signed authorisation letter. This is a customs requirement in most markets and it protects both sides.
How long does a private label run take?
Artwork to printed proof is usually 5–7 days. Production after sample approval is 20–30 days depending on quantity and how many references are in the run.
Can you print in Arabic or Vietnamese?
Yes. Multilingual labels are normal for us. Send the approved translation; we do not translate legally regulated text ourselves unless you ask us to, and then it is checked by a native speaker before printing.
Can the packaging be different per market?
Yes. Different carton artwork, different language sets and different pack quantities can run in the same production batch, as long as each variant clears its own minimum.
Send the references you want to brand
We will come back with the per-reference minimum, the carton dieline and the price at your quantity.
